How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, open the sneaker you want, select your size and any available options, then add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details and complete payment through Paystack.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times start after payment is confirmed:
- Lagos: 1–2 working days.
- Farther locations and outskirts within Lagos: 2–3 working days.
- Outside Lagos: 3–5 working days.
For Doxa Deep Search, these delivery timelines begin after the sneakers are found and your balance and delivery fee are paid. The search period is separate.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest or create an account to view your orders and save your address details.
What is Doxa Deep Search?
Can’t find your preferred pair? Submit a sneaker photo or product link, your size and your budget. We’ll search our supplier network for a suitable match.
How much does Deep Search cost?
A ₦5,000 deposit is required to begin your search. This deposit counts towards the price of your sneakers when you complete your purchase. Delivery is charged separately.
Is the Deep Search deposit refundable?
Your deposit is refundable if we cannot find a qualifying match within the stated search period. Please read our Deep Search Terms & Refund Policy before paying.
How do I choose my size?
Check the sizing information on the product page. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and tell us your usual size and the sneaker you want.
